Fiona has vast experience in solar products, R&D, consulting, numerical modelling and laboratory test services, particularly in the area of solar and heat pump water heaters. Fiona moved to EnergyAE from her previous role as R&D Manager, Solar Products at Rheem Australia. Prior to that, Fiona managed the Thermal Solar Group at Vipac Engineers and Scientists, providing engineering consulting, numerical modelling and laboratory test services, particularly in the area of solar and heat pump water heaters. Fiona brings to the team a pragmatic approach to the realities of project management, appliance manufacturing and laboratory testings, balanced with extensive academic and numerical modelling skills that were honed during her PhD at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
